3.1       All our products are available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

3.2       We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

3.3       We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. 4.1       Our products are subject to modification without notice, and we are not liable to you for any such modifications made.

4.3       Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We are not liable to hold a price for you unless ordered for and paid in full in advance.

4.4       We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

5. Orders, Billing, Account and Shipping Information.

5.1       An order is considered placed when the payment is completed on the website. We usually process all our orders within 48 hours and after that, it takes 5-7 days for the shipment to reach your doorstep (for metropolitan areas). For all other areas, it takes between 7-10 days.

5.2       Our orders are shipped through DTDC, Bluedart and Delhivery. If your shipping address is not serviceable by either of these, we will ship your order through alternate postal services. If you would like an accurate delivery timeline, please message our customer care and we will be happy to help.

5.3       It is mandatory to provide accurate billing and shipping address at the time of placing an order. We are not liable for any inaccuracy in the above information provided by you should it result in a delay or loss of a shipment.

5.4       You may create an account giving the required information for ease of placing further orders and avail of offers on purchases made at our store.

5.5       In case you do so, you agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

6. Modifications to Orders.

6.1       An order cannot be modified online once it is placed and confirmed. In case you would like to add/remove/modify products from your order, we request you to reach out to our Support team for review. Please note that this is only possible before an order is shipped.

6.2       Address Changes: Address changes can be accommodated if they are communicated within 12 hours of placing the order. Any modifications requested after this timeframe will only be possible if the product has not been shipped.

6.3       Packaging Requests: Multiple orders to the same address will be dispatched in one box as far as possible. If you would like the order to be shipped in separate boxes, please do specify in the Order Notes section BEFORE placing the order. Short gift notes, up to 20-30 words are individually handwritten by our lovely team. However, for longer texts, we will be printing them out on white paper with a standard font.

6.4       Please note that orders placed on the weekends will be shipped on the next business day. Please note that orders will not be shipped on public holidays or in the event of circumstances out of our control.

8. Shipping Policy.

8.1       Shipping Destinations: We currently ship our sterling silver jewelry to addresses only within India where services are available.

8.2       Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving payment. During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended to 5-7 days also, and customers may or may not be notified of any delays.

8.3       Shipping Partners: We partner with reputable courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. Our primary shipping partners include DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery for Indian orders.

8.4       Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are included in the sale price within India.

8.5       Estimated Delivery Time: We deliver through standard delivery and the estimated delivery time varies. Standard shipping generally takes 3-7 business days depending on the shipping destination. We can do express delivery on specified orders for which we charge extra and the shipping may take 2-3 business days. Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary.

8.6       Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package on the courier’s website.

8.7       Delivery Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or customs delays may impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

8.8       Incomplete or Incorrect Address: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8.10     Shipping Insurance: All orders are shipped with insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

8.11     Returns Due to Non-Delivery: If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order. If the customer chooses not to have the order re-shipped, a refund will be issued for the purchase price, excluding shipping charges.

9. Exchange and Refund Policy.

9.1       New, unused full-price merchandise purchased from the online store may be exchanged/returned if found defective with an original receipt within 7 days of purchase. An opening video clearly showing the defect needs to be sent to us for perusal and approving the return. No exchange/return of any item will be accepted after 7 days of receipt of the article. All merchandise must be returned in the condition received, otherwise, an exchange would not be allowed.

9.2       No exchanges or refunds are allowed in cases of minor variations in colour or design. Such variations are a part of the handcrafting process and beyond the control of our craftsmen.

9.3Exchange of an Item: Exchange an item with another for reasons other than defect will be solely at the discretion of Chandikarigari and based on availability. In case we agree to exchange an item, the difference in cost, if any, reverse and re-forwarding charges will have to be paid for by the customer before the exchange.

9.4       Merchandise on sale will not be exchanged or returned.

9.5       We reserve the right to reject any form of exchange without the original receipt.

9.6       Refund to original mode of payment: In this case, INR 100 will be deducted as handling charges as there are associated bank processing charges.

10. Comments and Feedback.

10.1     We may seek comments or feedback on our products and services or the website or you may send comments to us without a request. You agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.
